The blinking blue light indicates that your camera has already acquired the router information, but the network is poor. You can try as following:

1. Reboot your router.
2. Check whether the router your camera connected can work normally.

3. Remove the micro SD card, try to reconnect power cord.
4. Try to change to another USB wire (problem could be caused by power cord or power voltage).
5. Place the camera close to the router as much as possible.
